The hotel's location is fantastic, being very near Chitose airport and right by the beautiful lake. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including breakfast and an umbrella, are great.

During my Christmas holidays, I stayed in a cottage with a fantastic lake view. the staff was friendly and organized a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. the onsen and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day.

The language barrier was an issue since most staff members didn't speak English. the restaurant only served a set menu which was pricey and there were no nearby shops or amenities.

Stayed here over Christmas. Loved the snowy winter location, very close to the airport. Cabins were cozy with a wood fireplace and big comfortable beds. Beautiful scenery with a walking trail around the lake. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Enjoyed the free hot spring soak and the variety of lotions and shampoos. a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The food options were a bit limited, but okay for a short stay. Not many staff members spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.
